- My name is Penny Bearden. I have been with Fulton Schools for over 25 years. I have had several great years of teaching Middle School since returning to the classroom. I spend my summer looking at fun and innovative ways to link my students to technology and the curriculum. I have enjoyed watching kids become excited about different subjects.
