- My name is Penny Bearden. I have been with Fulton Schools for over 20 years. I have had several great years of teaching 8th Grade Social Studies since returning to the classroom. I have been spending my summer looking at fun and innovative ways to link my students to technology and the curriculum. I have enjoyed watching kids become excited about history. I am looking forward to another wonderful year with yet another group. I have also added three sections of 7th grade exploratory classes to my schedule.
